Scholarship Information Last years Scholarship Recipients 2008 Scholarship Application Requirements INITIAL COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP: Must be a full-time student with a G.P.A. of 2.5 or better in a 4.0 grade scale. Submit a copy of the Official Transcript-of-Records. Must attain an accredited college/university in the United States. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Parents' membership is required if applicatant is under 18 years old. Parent must be a member in 2006 and a valid member before April 30, 2007. If Applicatant turns 18 years of age before the application deadline. Parent must be a member in 2006 and applicatant must be a valid member before April 30, 2007. DEADLINE DATE FOR SUBMITTING APPLICATION: APRIL 30TH OF THE CALENDAR YEAR Mail the application with the necessary document(s) to: Fil-Am Association of Juneau Attn: Scholarship Committee P.O. Box 35385 Juneau, AK 99803 Monetary awards will be given to the top three applicants based on their GPAs. Successful applicants will be announced at the General Membership Meeting in May. Monetary award will be mailed to the Financial Aid Office of college or university where the student is enrolled.
